You may initiate a return request for your order within 30 days from the date of delivery—this period begins on the day your package is marked as received. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process refunds for return requests submitted after the 30-day period.
Important Pre-Return Requirement: Please do not ship any items back to us without prior communication. Kindly contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain return authorization and detailed instructions first. Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on their respective product pages are not eligible for return or refund, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Once we receive your returned package and complete a thorough inspection (to confirm it meets our return criteria), we will send you an email notification to inform you of the inspection outcome.
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method used at checkout (such as credit card, debit card, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time to credit the refund to your account. This subsequent processing period is beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchange services for size or color replacements.
If you wish to receive a different item (e.g., a different size, color, or style), please follow these steps:
- Place a new order for the desired item through our official website.
- Initiate a return request for the original item following the return procedures outlined above to claim a refund.
The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:
- Defective or incorrect items: If the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover all return shipping expenses. Whenever possible, we will also provide you with a prepaid return label to streamline the return process.
- Change of mind: If you are returning the item due to a change of mind (e.g., ordering the wrong size, no longer needing the product), you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Additionally, the original shipping fee for your order is generally non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (such as a defective item or incorrect shipment).
For orders shipped to Canada: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivery carrier (e.g., Canada Post) are non-refundable by our company.
When returning an item that was shipped to Canada:
- We will refund the item’s original purchase price (minus any applicable return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake).
- The original shipping fee will only be refunded if required by Canadian law and the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect shipment).
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees that you paid at the time of delivery will not be included in the refund amount.
