Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

Currently, we only provide shipping services to addresses within the United States and Canada. If your delivery address is outside these two countries, we regret that we are unable to ship to your region at this time.

For orders being shipped to Canada, please note that international import regulations may apply.

2. Order Processing Time

After your payment is confirmed, we typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays (e.g., U.S. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Canadian Thanksgiving)—these days are not counted toward the processing timeline.

For Canadian orders: We may require an additional 1–2 business days of processing time. This is to verify your shipping information, prepare necessary customs documents (such as a commercial invoice), and ensure the order complies with all of Canada’s import regulations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is shipped (not from the date you placed the order):

4. Shipping Carriers

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a unique tracking number. For U.S. orders, this tracking number will provide updates throughout the entire delivery process. For Canadian orders, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches Canada’s customs office—after that, you can check the status via the local postal service’s website or the carrier’s international tracking portal.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status in real time.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or if the tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please follow the steps below:

For U.S. Orders

  1. First, check with household members, neighbors, or your building management (e.g., front desk or mailroom)—sometimes packages may be left with others or at a secure drop-off location.

  2. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to inquire about detailed delivery information (e.g., where the package was left).

For Canadian Orders

  1. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. International transit and customs clearance can often cause unexpected delays, and this extra time helps account for such situations.

  2. Use your tracking number to check with Canada’s local postal service or customs authorities—packages may be held if duties/taxes are unpaid or if additional documentation is required.

  3. Confirm with household members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (e.g., nearby post offices) to see if the package was missed or left there.

If You Still Cannot Find Your Package

To request assistance, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue, initiate a package trace (if possible), and keep you updated as we work to resolve it.
